Chattanooga 84, Bryant 76

The Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball team earned its fifth-straight win after a strong team effort led to an 84-76 victory over America East-member Bryant in the final game of the Coke Classic MTE inside McKenzie Arena on Wednesday afternoon.

Chattanooga (5-3) finished the Coke Classic event a perfect 2-0 following today's win over Bryant (4-4) and Monday's win over Tennessee State to capture the MTE's "title". The Mocs led for a commanding 35:01 of the 40 minutes and weathered the four different lead changes and ties throughout the contest.

ETSU 75, Charlotte 55

Behind stifling second-half defense and a total team effort, the ETSU men's basketball team handed Charlotte its worst home non-conference loss in seven years, as the Buccaneers surged past the 49ers 75-55 on Wednesday afternoon inside Halton Arena.

UTEP 64, UNCG 58

The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's basketball team came up short against UTEP, 64-58, in the final game of the 2024 Ball Dawgs Classic at Lee's Family Forum on Wednesday.

Donovan Atwell paced the game with a season-high 20 points, shooting 6-for-13 from behind the three-point line. Ronald Polite III and Kenyon Giles each chipped in 10 points.

Samford 84, Utah Valley 76

The Samford men's basketball team hosted a strong opponent from out west for the second-straight night as they took on the Utah Valley Wolverines. For the second game in a row, the Bulldogs used a 14-1 scoring run to jump into the lead late and earn the 84-76 victory. The win moves Samford's record to 6-2 on the season.
