NORMAN, Okla. – Five Southern Conference men’s golf teams earned All-Academic Team recognition from the Golf Coaches Association of America, as ETSU, Furman, UNCG, Chattanooga and Wofford each posted at least a 3.0 team GPA to earn the distinction. The SoCon champion Bucs earned President’s Special Recognition for boasting at least a 3.5 GPA.

A record 210 programs earned All-Academic Team status, while a record 41 took President’s Special Recognition. ETSU was one of just 24 Division I teams to take the honor.

To be eligible for GCAA All-Academic Team honors, a college or university must submit the GPAs for each player on its official squad list for the academic year.
