Baton Rouge, La. The College of Charleston mens golf team shot a 301 the first round and a 303 the second to place 15th at the Louisiana Intercollegiate being held today and tomorrow at the Country Club of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, La. Host school Louisiana State leads the event with a 568 after 36 holes.

Kellen Altman leads the Cougars with a 148 for 49th-place, while Dustin Barr follows in 67th with a 151. Tied for 69th is Tucker Ervin with a 152 and tied for 77 is John Assey with his 155. Rounding out the Cougar effort is Joe Morton with a two-round total of 160 for a tie at 79.

The final round continues tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM.
