SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Mercer at Tennessee Tech football game on Saturday, Nov. 14, will air on select Nexstar affiliates throughout the Southeast as the Ingles Southern Conference Game of the Week. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. ET from Cookeville, Tennessee.
 
Mercer is 7-2 overall and 4-1 in SoCon play. The Bears, who are currently on a five-game winning streak, will face Chattanooga on the road this Saturday. Tennessee Tech sits atop the conference standings with an 8-1 overall mark and 5-1 ledger in SoCon contests. The Golden Eagles are coming off a win at ETSU over the weekend in what was a matchup of top 25 squads.
 
The Nov. 14 contest is the second wildcard game in the league’s 15-game Nexstar broadcast package. All broadcasts in the Nexstar package air concurrently on ESPN+.
 
Pete Yanity will provide play-by-play and Jay Sonnhalter will serve as analyst. Dave Friedman will serve as the sideline reporter.
 
Nexstar's WYCW in Greenville/Spartanburg/Asheville acts as the flagship affiliate for the Ingles SoCon Game of the Week. Other Nexstar affiliates throughout the Southeast have the opportunity to air games. Additionally, WCCB (Charlotte), WUXP (Nashville), WFTO (Birmingham), EFLI (Chattanooga), and WCIV (Charleston) may air games.
