Samford 6, South Alabama 1

The Samford men's tennis team earned an impressive 6-1 win over South Alabama Sunday afternoon at the Samford Tennis Center. With the win, Samford improved its season record to 4-2. South Alabama fell to 2-2 with the loss. Samford earned doubles wins on the No. 2 and No. 3 courts to take a 1-0 lead. In singles, Samford won on courts No. 1 through No. 5 to take the 6-1 win.

Gardner-Webb 4, Chattanooga 3

The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team narrowly fell 4-3 in a tightly contested battle to Gardner-Webb in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon outdoors at the UTC Tennis Center on Campus.
