UNCG 1, Furman 0

The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's soccer team­­ shut out the Furman Paladins in The Southern Conference (SoCon) action on Saturday night at the UNCG Soccer Stadium. The win extended UNCG's unbeaten streak to eight games.

Yoshiya Okawa broke a scoreless tie in the 72nd minute to propel UNC Greensboro to a 1-0 victory over Furman in Southern Conference men's soccer action Saturday evening at UNCG Stadium in Greensboro, N.C.

ETSU 2, Wofford 0

After starting Southern Conference play last weekend, the Buccaneers have opened with back-to-back wins as ETSU blanked Wofford 2-0 on Saturday night at Snyder Field in Spartanburg, S.C. Coming off a 2-0 home win over VMI last Sunday, the Blue & Gold got first half goals by Dave Neijenhuis and Jimmy Choi, as the Bucs secured six points through their first two league matches.

The Wofford men's soccer team dropped its first home match in three weeks to ETSU by a score of 2-0 at Snyder Field on Saturday.
