Bucs Tenth After Day Two at Reno Regional
The ETSU men's golf team sits tied for tenth after day two of the Reno Regional at Montreux Golf & Country Club.
Round one was completed on the second day after high winds delayed play on Monday, and ETSU shot a 12-over 288 as a team. With all five golfers on the back nine, ETSU is 5-over in round two, with Yannick Malik leading the Bucs individually at 1-over par for the regional in 17th in the individual standings. Through 14 holes of his second round, Malik holds a 1-under 55.
Furman's Barth Moves Into Tie For 11th Entering Final Round Of NCAA Tallahassee Regional
Furman's Harris Barth (-2) fired a 4-under 68 to move into a tie for 11th following Tuesday's second round of the NCAA Salem Regional at the par-72, 7,520 yard Seminole Legacy Golf Club in Tallahassee, Fla.
The Paladins, who will tee off of No. 10 at 8:55 a.m. on Wednesday and play in a group with Northwestern and Michigan State, are part of a 14-team regional field that is battling for a top-five finish and a berth in the 30-team NCAA Championship, which will be held May 23-28 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
Chattanooga's Camden Braidech is through 36 holes at the NCAA Auburn Regionals.
Chattanooga Mocs sophomore Camden Braidech shot 76 Tuesday in the second 18 at the NCAA Auburn Regionals. That gives him a 6-over par total of 150 at Auburn University Club which is tied for 45th on the player leaderboard.
UNCG: Round Three of NCAA Regionals to be Concluded Wednesday
Colin Dutton of the UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team was able to play two holes of the third round of the NCAA Amherst Regional on Tuesday in Amherst, Virginia, at Poplar Grove Golf Course, before play was stopped due to weather.
