The Southern Conference Partners with Collegiate Sports Connect for Comprehensive Bundle of Services
The Southern Conference announced Thursday that it has entered a landmark partnership with Collegiate Sports Connect, becoming the first Division I conference to offer its member institutions access to Connect’s powerful suite of solutions, including the groundbreaking Talent Finder recruitment tool and an unlimited bundle of job postings.

Connect will provide SoCon institutions with unlimited search licenses to utilize Talent Finder, providing every hiring manager across all schools with a comprehensive view of the collegiate athletics administrative workforce boasting over 22,000 individual profiles and growing daily. This tool empowers Southern Conference athletics departments to expand their candidate pools for every administrative job search by identifying passive job seekers – a population that comprises more than 70% of the overall talent market.
The partnership also allows each SoCon school to post unlimited coaching and administrative jobs, not only to the Connect job board but also promoted in D1.ticker and D1.jobs emails as well as the CollegeSports.jobs site.
