The Southern Conference Announces Search for New Commissioner

SPARTANBURG, SC – The Southern Conference and the Council of Presidents announced the search for the conference’s 11^thcommissioner on Monday.

Samford president Dr. Beck A. Taylor will chair the search committee, which includes a cross-section of presidents/chancellors, athletics directors, senior woman administrators, and faculty athletics representatives from the conference’s member institutions.
