"Talk About It Tuesday" Terms
The Promoting Diversity Subcommittee of the Racial Equity and Justice Task Force presents "Talk About It Tuesday," an initiative designed to encourage conversation about racial justice and diversity by highlighting a term and its definition each Tuesday. We encourage others to ask questions and send in words that are important to your regarding this topic. If there are any word suggestions that coaches, student-athletes, administration and campus members may have, we encourage them to reach out to JeNorri Armstead, jarmstea@samford.edu, Samford’s Director of Diversity & Intercultural Initiatives for Athletics or Sue Arakas, sarakas@socon.org, the SoCon’s Associate Commissioner.
