"The Power of your Platform" Panel: Presented by the SoCon Racial Equity and Justice Task Force

This thought-provoking discussion with current and former SoCon student-athletes will focus on using education to empower and encourage student-athletes to enact meaningful change through their platforms. Participants will leave with an inspired approach to how to positively impact their campus and communities through this hour long conversation. The panel will be recorded and posted on SoConSports.com.

• Alvin Scioneaux – Former linebacker for the Wofford College ‘13 Football team. Currently a Mechanical Engineer for Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, California. 
• Donnavan Spencer – Current redshirt senior running back for the Western Carolina University football team. 
• Makenzie Jones – Current graduate student on the cross Country/track & field team for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
• Tori Powell – Current redshirt senior guard for UNCG women’s basketball team.
