Chattanooga’s Green-Boyd named SoCon Student-Athlete of the Week

Graduate transfer set a new personal record, holds a 3.8 GPA

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Chattanooga women’s cross country runner, Lesley Green-Boyd has been named the Southern Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for all competition from Sept 13-19.  The selection is made by the conference office.
 
Green-Boyd took second at the Mountain Dew Invitational hosted by Florida on Friday with a personal best 16:57.6 3-mile time. The Dayton, Tennessee native led the Mocs to a fourth-place finish and was named SoCon women’s cross country Runner of the Week.
 
The graduate student is pursuing her MBA and holds a 3.8 GPA
