Chattanooga’s Brady Named SoCon Student-Athlete of the Week

Men’s Basketball forward notched first career double-double, holds 3.33 GPA

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Chattanooga men’s basketball forward Randy Brady has been named the Southern Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for all competition from Dec. 6-12.  The selection is made by the conference office.

Brady notched his first career double-double with an 11-point, 12-rebound performance during a 112-51 victory over Tennessee Wesleyan on Sunday. The Chattanooga, Tennessee, product went 4-of-7 from the floor, including 2-of-3 from behind the arc, while adding a pair of assists.

The redshirt sophomore is pursuing a degree in Business Finance with a concentration in Investments and holds a 3.33 GPA.
