CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Twenty-one Southern Conference women’s golf student-athletes were among the nearly 1,500 collegiate golfers named All-American Scholars by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association on Tuesday.

UNCG and Wofford paced the SoCon with five selections each. Mercer had four, Western Carolina had three and Furman and Chattanooga each had two as six of the league's nine programs boasted multiple selections.

The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics, as the minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
