Bulldogs fall to Davidson, No. 53 Clemson

DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Citadel men's tennis team dropped matches against Davidson, 6-1, and No. 53 Clemson, 7-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Hayden Shoemake won his third No. 1 singles match in a row, defeating Kachkarov in a three-set match. Kachkarov took the first set, 6-3, but Shoemake forced a second-set tie break, winning 7-3. Shoemake took the match with a 10-1 super tiebreaker win.
 
The doubles team of Lucas Robins and Hayden Shoemake won their third doubles match in a row.
