LOUISVILLE, Ky. – High Point attackman Asher Nolting and Jacksonville short stick midfielder Zack Deaken earned spots on the USILA/Dynamic Preseason All-America teams.

Nolting earned a spot on the second team, while Deaken was a third-team selection.

Nolting, a two-time SoCon Offensive Player of the Year, also earned preseason All-America honors from Inside Lacrosse and USA Lacrosse Magazine, claiming third-team honors from both. He was named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch list for the third season in a row in 2021 and has scored at least one point in every game of his career.

In 31 career games for the Dolphins, Deaken has recorded 69 groundballs and 35 caused turnovers. A 2021 All-SoCon first-team selection, Deaken was named to the College Crosse/SB Nation All-Freshman Second Team and All-SoCon second team in 2019. In the classroom, Deaken has been named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll three straight years.
