The New York Giants’
James Bradberry (Samford) showed up against NFC East rival the Washington Football Team during Thursday Night Football primetime. He made six solo tackles with one assist, one pass breakup and a late fourth-quarter interception for five yards. However, his interception that happened with just 2:22 left in the game wasn’t enough as the Giants fell short to Washington, 30-29.

Keion Crossen (Western Carolina) made one solo tackle under the Thursday Night lights.
Nick Williams (Samford) also had the opportunity to shine during NFL Primetime in the Lions’ 35-17 loss to the Packers on Monday. The former Bulldog made a huge third-down sack at the beginning of the second quarter. In addition to his stop, he made three solo tackles and one assist on the night.
Jaquiski Tartt (Samford) broke up one pass, made three solo tackles and three assists in the San Francisco 49ers’ 17-11 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. One of his tackles came in the second quarter when he sprinted about 91 yards downfield to prevent Eagles wide receiver Quez Watkins from making it into the endzone.
The trio of former SoCon special teams players also made an appearance this week.
Andre Roberts (The Citadel) returned three kickoffs for 54 yards in the Texans’ 31-21 loss to the Cleveland Browns,
Younghoe Koo (Georgia Southern) scored five points in the Atlanta Falcons’ 48-25 loss to the San Francisco 49ers and punter
Sam Martin (App State) punted four times, averaging 44.5 yards in the Denver Broncos’ 23-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
