Commish Chat is a series of one-on-one interviews between Southern Conference Commissioner Jim Schaus and various student-athletes, coaches, administrators, media members and more as they discuss SoCon athletics and issues that affect college athletics on a broader scale.

Schaus's guest for Episode 17 is Southeastern Conference Commissioner Greg Sankey.

Schaus and Sankey discuss the challenges of COVID-19 on college athletes; name, image and likeness rules and legislation; the future of college athletics; and SEC officiating consortiums, of which the SoCon is a member for football and men's basketball.
