Andre Roberts (The Citadel) is making his mark with the Los Angeles Chargers in just his second week as a member of the team. On Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, the former Citadel Bulldog saw some rushing action for the first time this season with one carry for nine yards. He also made four kick returns for a season-high 96 yards and returned one punt for 10 yards.
Younghoe Koo (Georgia Southern) kicked another game-winning field goal this week, rightfully earning the title “King Koo” by the Atlanta Falcons. With just three seconds left on the clock and down by one point, Koo made the 29-yard field-goal attempt to seal the Falcons’ 27-25 win over the New Orleans Saints. He scored nine total points and went 2-for-2 on field goals and 3-for-3 on extra points.
James Bradberry (Samford) broke up a pass for the ninth straight week and recorded one solo tackle and an assist against the Las Vegas Raiders, contributing to the New York Giants’ defensive unit.
Keion Crossen (Western Carolina) forced a fumble and tallied two total tackles to help lead the Giants to a 23-16 win over the Raiders.
Jerick McKinnon (Georgia Southern) made three receptions for 26 yards in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 13-7 win over the Green Bay Packers.
