HIGH POINT, N.C. – Sophomore Asher Nolting of the High Point University men's lacrosse team was named one of the 25 players on the Tewaaraton Award Nominee list, the award committee announced Thursday. He is one of only two sophomores to make the list this season.
Nolting has set the HPU men's lacrosse individual season records in points at 76 and assists at 40 this season. He is already third on High Point's career assists list at 76 and fourth in career points at 142. The Greenwood Village, Colorado, native set a program record with six assists against Air Force on April 6, also tying the program record with nine points.
