ASHEVILLE, N.C. – iHeart Radio, Ingles Markets and the Southern Conference announced Tuesday that iHeart Media Asheville will be broadcasting all four quarterfinal games of the Ingles SoCon Men’s Basketball Championships presented by General Shale on Saturday, March 9, as well as the two semifinal-round games on Sunday, March 10.

The Saturday, March 9, afternoon games at noon and 2:30 p.m. will air on ESPN Asheville (92.9FM/880am/1400am), while the Saturday, March 9, night-session games at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. will air on News Radio 570 WWNC. The two semifinal games at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, will air on ESPN Asheville. All of the action will also be streamed and available worldwide on the iHeart Radio app.

The broadcasts are being sponsored by Ingles Markets, title sponsor of the SoCon Basketball Championships.

Brian Hall and Doug Maurer will be on the call. Hall is the Senior Vice-President of Programming for iHeart Media Asheville and has done basketball play-by-play work for UNC Asheville men's basketball, the NBA D-League (now the NBA G-League), and the Global Basketball League as well as North Carolina State and Duke women's basketball. Maurer is the radio voice of Asheville Tourists baseball and has also worked with Hall on UNC Asheville basketball broadcasts.
