HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University men's lacrosse team has entered the US Lacrosse Magazine and Inside Lacrosse national media polls at No. 13, the highest ranking in program history. The Panthers also entered the USILA poll at No. 16.

The Panthers are 2-0 on the season after opening the year with a 13-0 win over St. Bonaventure in Vert Stadium on Feb. 2 and a 13-9 win at then-No. 2 Duke in Durham, North Carolina, on Feb. 6. The win at Duke was the highest-ranked win in the history of High Point Athletics.

HPU men's lacrosse becomes the second-highest ranked team in High Point history just behind the 2018 men's soccer team, which rose as high as No. 12 in a national poll.

The Panthers will be back in action Saturday (Feb. 16) at Drexel. The opening face-off is set for 12 p.m. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
