#1 Furman 4, #2 ETSU 2

Notes:

-The Paladins took a 1-0 lead by claiming the doubles point.  After Furman won at No. 3 doubles, the Bucs took the win at No. 1.  Furman's Katty Weymouth and Danni Vines held off Alory Pereira and Yi Chi Ma, 7-6 to claim the team point.  Weymouth and Vines won the tiebreaker, 7-2.

-ETSU tied the match with a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles from Ioanna Markesini.  The Paladins then captured wins at No. 4, No. 1 and No. 3 to pick up the team win.

-The tournament title was the first for Furman since 2008. It was the Paladins' 17th tournament title.

-Furman on the league's regular season crown in addition to the tournament title, becoming the first school to win both titles in the same season since Samford in 2015.

-Danni Vines was named the Most Outstanding Player.

-Furman's Ansley Speaks earned the Pinnacle Award as the player on the winning team with the highest cumulative GPA.
