Single-Session VIP Basketball Tickets On Sale

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – With the pairings for the 2016 Southern Conference Basketball Championships presented by General Shale now finalized, the Southern Conference and the Asheville-Buncombe Regional Sports Commission have announced that single session VIP tickets are now available for purchase.

The cost of a VIP single session ticket is $40. It includes admission to two games (one session), a reserved lower level seat, and entry to the McKibbon Hospitality VIP Lounge, which entitles the ticket holder to a free plated meal, free beverages and unlimited snacks. VIP books are also still available. A VIP book includes a ticket for every session during both the men’s and women’s tournaments and the same hospitality privileges as the VIP single session ticket. The cost of a VIP book is $200.

VIP tickets can only be purchased by contacting the U.S. Cellular Center box office at 828-259-5736.

In addition, a number of other special ticket options are still available:

Business Booster Package – A Business Booster Package includes 5 good any session general admission basketball tickets, 5 general admission tickets to the Monday, March 7’s men’s basketball tournament championship game, and 5 tickets to the Arby’s Southern Conference Wrestling Championships, which will be conducted on Saturday, March 5 at Kimmel Arena.

Hoops Against Hunger – Anyone bringing an approved food item and donating it to Hoops Against Hunger will receive $5 off admission at the U.S. Cellular Center box office to any session of the tournament. For information regarding approved food items, please go to hoopsagainsthunger.net.
