SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Winter weather conditions throughout the Southeast have forced changes to the Southern Conference men’s basketball schedule for this weekend.

Three of the five games scheduled for Saturday (Jan. 23) have been moved.  The Samford at UNCG game scheduled for Saturday at 5pm has been moved to Sunday at 1pm.

Western Carolina was scheduled to host Mercer Saturday afternoon, but that game has also been moved to 1pm on Sunday in Cullowhee, N.C.

VMI was set to host Chattanooga Saturday afternoon, but that game has been postponed.  A makeup date will be set later as both schools work to find an opening in their schedules.

Wofford will visit Furman Saturday at 4pm, while The Citadel travels to ETSU for a 4pm tip tomorrow.
