MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis team fell to No. 63 ETSU, 7-0, on Friday afternoon at the LeRoy Peddy Tennis Center.

Sam Philp and Anderson Scarpa won their doubles set, 8-6, for the Bears only win of the day.

With the Bucs taking a 1-0 lead after doubles competition, ETSU then claimed all six singles matches.  Sebastian Yllera topped Anderson Scarpa, 6-3, 6-0 to give the Bucs a 2-0 lead.

Diego Nunez earned a straight-sets win at No. 4 singels and David Biosca's 6-3, 6-4 victory over Oliver Snaider at No. 1 singles clinched the match for ETSU.

Mercer fell to 11-12 (4-2 SoCon) with the loss, while ETSU improved to 11-7 (4-0 SoCon) on the season.
