EVANSTON, Ill. – SIUE earned 5.5 points at the 53rd annual Ken Kraft Midlands Championships with three wrestlers earning victories.

John Muldoon, Chris Johnson and Derek Nagel each recorded victories Tuesday, but no SIUE wrestlers advanced to day two of the event.

The Cougars will now turn their focus toward dual meets in preparation for the Arby’s Southern Conference Wrestling Championship in March.

SIUE's next event is Jan. 8 at Gardner-Webb in a SoCon event.
