GREENVILLE, S.C. – Furman’s men’s basketball game versus Samford, originally slated for Thursday night, has been postponed until Monday, Feb. 3, it was announced on Wednesday afternoon by director of athletics Dr. Gary Clark. Tip-off at Timmons Arena is set for 7 p.m.

Thursday’s game was postponed because of travel difficulties for Samford due to dangerous road conditions following Tuesday night’s winter storm that blanketed the Southeast with snow and ice.

Furman (7-13, 1-6 SoCon) is slated to travel to Chattanooga, Tenn., to face the league-leading Chattanooga Mocs on Saturday night before hosting Samford (9-14, 3-4 SoCon) two days later. The Bulldogs face Wofford in Spartanburg, S.C., on Sunday at 7 p.m.
