Chattanooga

CLEVELAND
– The
University of Tennessee at Chattanooga wrestling team dropped a tough 21-17
dual at Cleveland State on Sunday. The Mocs won five matches, including bonus
points in two wins. However, a forfeit and a pin moved UTC's overall record to
4-6.
The dual started a 174 and was a rematch from the Southern Scuffle

first bout in overtime, but lost 7-5 Suday. Dye scored two takedowns in the
first period and another in the third for the win.
Senior Robert Prigmore got the Mocs on the board with a 4-1 decision over
Corbin Bone at 184. Senior Niko Brown put UTC in the lead with his 13-3 major
decision over Nick Anthony at 197. Brown came into the match ranked No. 18 in
the nation and scored his team-high 20th win of the year.

decision over Amon Willis at heavyweight. UTC was poised to run away with the
match with sophomore and 15th-ranked Nick Soto taking the mat at 125.
However, he was upset by Ben Willeford in a 5-4 loss.
UTC had to forfeit at 133 and lost again at 141. Senior Dean Pavlou dropped
his match to Nick Flannery 5-3. The Mocs cut the lead to one at 15-14 after
