The 2013 Southern Conference Men's Golf Championship was held on Sunday, April 21st through Tuesday, April 23rd on the Ralston Creek Course at the Daniel Island Club. This was the second straight year the championship was played at this venue and the 77th annual Southern Conference Men's Golf Championship overall.
Chattanooga held off a late Davidson charge to win its second straight Southern Conference Men's Golf Championship, edging the Wildcats by two strokes. College of Charleston freshman Josh Lorenzetti shot a 2-under 70 to claim medalist honors as both the team and individual titles came down to the last hole.
The Mocs received the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship. The Cougar's Lorenzetti aIso claimed a spot in NCAA postseason play with his 215 three day mark.
