Callaway hit .522 (12-for-23) with two home runs, five doubles, eight RBIs and six runs scored in five games last week as the Mountaineers were 4-1, including a three-game SoCon sweep of The Citadel. The shortstop from Greenville, S.C., hit safely in all five games, including multiple hits in 4-of-5 contests. Callaway's three-run home run in the first inning gave the Mountaineers an early lead over No. 3 South Carolina on Wednesday. The junior was 9-of-14 against The Citadel, highlighted by a 4-for-5 effort with a home run and two doubles in Sunday's series finale.

Clark ran his consecutive scoreless innings streak to 13 by tossing seven innings without a run in Elon's 10-2 win against Davidson on Saturday. The junior from Manchester, N.H., surrendered only a pair of singles to the Wildcats while fanning four and walking two. On the year, Clark is now 5-1 with a SoCon-best 1.26 ERA, allowing five earned runs in 35.2 innings on the mound.

Other hitters receiving consideration were Marty Gantt (College of Charleston), Drew Gadaire (Davidson), Garrett Koster (Elon), Chris Ohmstede (Furman), Scooter Williams (Georgia Southern), Lloyd Enzor (UNCG), Phillip Ervin (Samford), Cody Jones (Western Carolina) and Mac Doyle (Wofford).
