Zimmerman, who earned Southern Conference Freshman of the Year honors and NSCAA All-America Third Team honors after helping the Paladins to a 14-4-4 record and NCAA Tournament bid during his first collegiate season, led all SoCon defenders with five goals and anchored a defense that surrendered just 20 goals in 22 matches. The 6-foot-3, Lawrenceville, Ga., product netted scored four of his goals on headers off of set pieces this season.

A member of the U.S. U-18 National Team, Zimmerman captained the squad at last summer's MILK Cup in Northern Ireland. He has been invited to January's U.S. U-20 National Team training camp in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
