SPARTANBURG, S.C. - College of Charleston's Ross Ochs has been named the Southern Conference Men's Runner of the Week, for the week of September 28, the league office announced today.

Ochs finished third at the Will Wilson/Citadel Invitational with a time of 27:27 in the 8K race. The sophomore paced the Cougars, who finished just five points behind the invitational champions, Winthrop.

The Cougars will travel to Charlotte this weekend to compete in the Charlotte Invitational Friday.
