Southern Conference baseball tournament champion Georgia Southern will open its NCAA Tournament play Friday, June 3 in Columbia, S.C., against defending national champion South Carolina.
The Eagles (36-24) and Gamecocks (45-14) will be joined in the Columbia Regional by No. 2 seed Stetson and No. 3 seed North Carolina State.
Game time is set for 7 p.m. ET on Friday with Saturday's games to start a 1 p.m. in the consolation bracket and 7 p.m. in the winner's bracket.
