	About the Championship The 2014 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships will be held on Friday, October 31, 2014, at Ivey M. Redmon Sports Complex in Kernersville, N.C. UNCG will host the event. This will be the 85^th annual Cross Country Championship for the men and the 30^th for the women. The event kicks off at 10 a.m. with the women's 5K with the men's 8K to follow at 10:45 a.m. Furman took home both the men's and the women's titles in 2013. UNCG's Paul Chelimo took home his third consecutive men's title and Chattanooga’s Teghan Henderson took home the women's title.
