CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Eileen Horsmon hit her first career grand slam in the third and Amber Harrell held Chattanooga to one hit, as No. 4-seeded UNC Greensboro topped the No. 1 Lady Mocs 4-1 in game two of the 2010 Southern Conference Softball Championship.
UNCG (26-28) will meet Elon in the winners' bracket at 7:30 p.m., after the Lady Mocs (39-15) take on Georgia Southern in the consolation bracket at 5 p.m.
The Spartans' Amber Harrell carried a no-hitter into the seventh and had the game down to the final out when Tiffany Baker homered to left field. Harrell retired the next batter, her fifth strikeout of the day, to earn the win.
Horsmon's home run was her sixth of the season. Baker hit her 14th round-tripper of the season and tied UTC's single-season record.
UNCG tallied eight hits in the game with Horsmon going 3-for-4 and Kristen Gabel finishing 2-for-4.
Brooke Loudermilk picked up the loss for the Lady Mocs as she allowed three hits and two earned runs in two innings of work. Nikki Waters pitched five innings, giving up five hits and two earned runs. Loudermilk and Waters combined to strike out five batters.

Crewe's two-run home run in the second paired with an RBI-single by Hannah Shelton in the fourth gave Elon a 4-0 lead, which it held until the top of the seventh.
Georgia Southern (29-25) made a comeback in the seventh with a solo home run by Megen Smith, which was her league-leading 17th round-tripper of the season. The Eagles tacked on another run as Kelly Burnett singled up the middle and plated pinch runner Alexa Lewis.
