The Charlotte, N.C., native helped UNC Greensboro snap a 10-game losing streak as the Spartans earned wins against Furman and Elon. Leigh averaged 20.0 points and 8.5 rebounds while shooting 45.5 percent from the floor and 44.4 percent from beyond the three-point arc.

Against Furman, Leigh scored 12 points and pulled down a game-high seven rebounds. She also tallied three assists while committing just one turnover. The Spartans won 60-49.

In UNCG's 77-73 win at Elon Saturday, Leigh recorded career bests in scoring and rebounding with 28 points and 10 boards. It also marked the first double-double of her career. Leigh hit a career-high six three-pointers against the Phoenix. She currently has 64 treys on the season, just one shy of second place on the UNCG's single-game list.

The Spartans return to action Thursday when they face Western Carolina in the first round of the 2010 Southern Conference Women's Basketball Championship.

Other top performers included Appalachian State's Ashlen Dewart, Chattanooga's Erin Helton, Davidson's Ashley Lax, Georgia Southern's J'Lisia Ogburn, Samford's Savannah Hill and Wofford's Mahagony Williams.
