SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Chloe Kowalski, a sophomore at Furman, has been selected the Southern Conference Women's Runner of the Week for her performance at The Citadel Invitational, the league office announced today. It is the second time in three weeks that she has taken home the weekly award.
The Pensacola, Fla., native posted a time of 18:30.67 on the 5K course to lead Furman to the women's overall title. It was her second first-place finish of the season.
The Paladins return to action October 10 when they host the Furman Invitational in Greenville, S.C.
