OMAHA, Neb. -- Following a 4-1 week, the Elon Phoenix baseball team (24-12) debuted in the Ping!Baseball Top-30 Poll at number 27.  It's the first national ranking of the season for the Phoenix.  Elon is receiving votes in both the USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Poll.  The Phoenix was also listed among the "Others Considered" category in the Rivals.com poll this week.

North Carolina sits atop the Ping!Baseball poll this week with a record of 31-10.  The Elon schedule also features top-30 members Coastal Carolina (16th), Georgia Southern (23rd), East Carolina (29th) and Auburn (30th).
