SPARTANBURG, S.C. ? The 2008 Southern Conference Football Rouser presented by the Carolina Ford Dealers will be held Tuesday, July 22 through Wednesday, July 23 at the Embassy Suites in Greenville, S.C.

The two-day, annual event kicks off the 2008 football season, which begins on Aug. 28, and gives media from around the region the chance to talk with coaches and players from each of the SoCon’s nine football teams.

Following a SoCon Kickoff Dinner on Tuesday evening, the media day begins on Wednesday morning with the Southern Conference Sports Media Association breakfast. Breakfast will be followed by interview sessions for head coaches and student-athletes with print, radio and TV media members.
