SPARTANBURG, S.C. ?The Southern Conference’s track & field coaches selected Zeb Johnson of Western Carolina as the men’s track & field Athlete of the Week.

Johnson, a senior from Charlotte, N.C., won the 400-meters at the Catamount Classic with a NCAA regional qualifying time of 46.66.  Johnson was also a part of the 4x100-meter relay team that ran a NCAA regional qualifying time of 40.00. 

Johnson has the fastest time is the Southern Conference in the 400-meters and is a part of the 4x100-meter relay team that has the fastest time in the Southern Conference this season.
