CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- The Chattanooga women's basketball team drew a #12 seed and will face #5 Baylor in the Fresno Regional in Raleigh, N.C., Sunday afternoon at the RBC Center with a 2 p.m. tip-off.

Baylor finished the season 25-7 overall and 11-5 in league play, third in the Big 12 Conference. After receiving a first-round bye, the Bears defeated Kansas 71-54 in the quarterfinals then fell to eventual Big 12 tournament champ Oklahoma in the semis.

In out-of-conference play, Baylor went 14-1 in the regular season with its only non-conference loss coming against Purdue in the preseason WNIT. From there the Bears put together a 12-game winning streak.

Senior Bernice Mosby leads the Bears with 17.5 points per game and 9.2 rebounds. The senior forward was selected a Kodak/WBCA All-America Finalist. She has 60 assists, 46 blocked shots and 43 steals and was named Big 12 Newcomer of the Year. She was also named to the All-Big 12 First Team.

Before Baylor, she spent two-and-a-half seasons at the University of Florida where she was an All-SEC player, SEC All-Freshman Team member, SEC Sixth Woman of the Year and became the 18th Gator to score 1,000 points and had 17 double-doubles.

Also averaging double-figures for Baylor is junior point guard Angela Tisdale with 10.8 points. She is a two-time All-Big 12 Second Team and was voted one of the league's top rookies as a freshman. She leads the Bears with 48 three-pointers and 114 assists.

Baylor averages 74.2 points per game compared to just 61.2 points for its opponents. On the boards, the Bears average 41.4 rebounds per contest and give up just 37.6 to their opponents. Baylor has a 43.9 percent shooting performance from the floor and are 127-of-365 (.348) from beyond the arc.

Baylor's wins include a 64-60 decision against LSU as well as three wins in the Preseason WNIT against North Texas, Hofstra and BYU.

Also in the bracket is #4 N.C. State and #13 Robert Morris who will tip at noon Sunday.
