The 66-point margin of victory was the second greatest in Wofford history.  The Terriers defeated Warren Wilson College 135-46 on Nov. 14, 1983 for an 89-point win.

Wofford’s Howard Wilkerson hit a pair of free throws less than a minute into the game to give the Terriers a 2-0 lead.  Toccoa’s Tommy Penland drained a three-pointer to give the Eagles a brief 3-2 lead.  Wofford then went on a 16-0 run to take an 18-3 lead with 15:16 to play in the half.

Wofford outrebounded Toccoa Falls 53-23 for the game.
