Freshman Megan Jenkins continues to lead the Bulldogs as she ran a very aggressive race and maintained a top ten spot for the first half of the contest but fell to 32nd to finish with a time of 19:38. Rounding out the top five for the women were juniors Laura Hewston and Amanda Rawl, helping the Bulldogs to an eleventh place finish.
“We are getting better each week,” said Huddleston. “I feel like there is still room for improvement, but we are working very hard and are on pace to reach some of our personal and team goals for the year.”
