Southern Conference 2004 Cross Country Championship to be held at Furman University

The 2004 Southern Conference Cross Country Championship will be held Saturday, October 30th at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Start time for the Women's Championship will be at 9 a.m. and they will run a distance of 5,000 meters. Start time for the Men's Championship will be at 9:45 a.m. and they will run a distance of 8,000 meters. Southern Conference runners will be competing for both individual and team Championships.

On October 9th, a preview of the Championship will be held, as Furman hosts the Furman Invitational. The only meet to be held on the Championship course this year.
