Southern Conference announces Runners of the Week for October 20th

Men

Tyler Johnson - Furman
Junior - Knoxville, TN

Johnson garnered his second consecutive Runner of the Week honor after winning the Winthrop Fall Invitational last weekend. He led his team to a second place finish and paced the field in the 6K race with a time of 17:57.

Women

Ashley Arnold - College of Charleston
Freshmen - Lexington, KY

Arnold, in just her first year with the Cougars, won the William & Mary Invitational by 29 seconds. It was her second win of the year and the fourth time she has been in the top two; she has finished in the top 14 in all of her races this year. This is her second Runner of the Week award.
