Georgia Southern's Rashedah Arnold Named SoCon Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week

On Wednesday, March 19 at the Savannah State Quad Meet, Arnold anchored the winning 4 x 100 relay which ran a 46.82. She then came back and won the 100 in a 11.82, which is Georgia Southern school record

The following weekend at the Weems Baskins Invitational at the University of South Carolina, Arnold was the 2nd leg on 4 x 300 relay team which finished second behind USC, setting a new school record. Additionally, she ran the anchor leg on 4 x 100 team (46.49), also a new school record. She also ran the anchor leg on 4 x 200 (1:39.17), a new school record, which finished second to USC . She ran the anchor leg on 4 x 400 team- 3:48.48, a new school record, that finished second to USC.
