Weather Postpones SoCon Basketball Games

Chattanooga at VMI moved to Tuesday

LEXINGTON, VA. The VMI-Chattanooga men's basketball game originally
scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 has been moved to Tuesday afternoon, February 18,
with tipoff scheduled at 4:30 p.m. at Cameron Hall in Lexington.

The change was made because of inclement weather caused by snowstorm that
moved through the East Coast this past weekend.

Tickets for Monday's game will be honored for the Tuesday date. For further

UNCG-ETSU Men's Game

The UNC Greensboro men's basketball game against East Tennessee State scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 has been postponed until Tuesday, February 18. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 pm in Fleming Gymnasium.

UNCG at ETSU Women's Basketball moved to Tuesday

GREENSBORO, NC - The UNCG women's basketball team was scheduled to return to action Feb. 17 at ETSU, but inclement weather and dangerous road conditions have forced the game to be rescheduled. The Spartans and Lady Bucs will meet Tuesday night. Tip-off remains 7 p.m.

The Lady Bucs (8-15, 5-9 SoCon) enter the contest with wins in two of their last four games, including an upset of Georgia Southern. ETSU stands in eighth place, one game of College of Charleston. The Lady Bucs are also one game behind Davidson. The Spartans (11-11, 7-7 SoCon) are tied with Appalachian State for fifth, but own the tiebreaker.

Appalachian State at Wofford moved to Tuesday

The Feb. 17 Wofford home men's basketball game with Appalachian
State has been postponed until Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. due to the winter storm
which has hit the region and resulted in icy conditions.

The Terriers will now play on back-to-back nights this week. Wofford
hosts Toccoa Falls Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the makeup of a Dec. 4 contest
that was postponed due to an ice storm.
