Appalachian State held a 21-point lead with eight minutes left to play before Davidson went on a 16-4 run over a four minute span to cut the lead but the Mountaineers held on for the 10-point win ... Kiki Conyers scored a career-high 18 points on seven-of-nine shooting and perfect four-of-four from the free-throw line to lead ASU ... She also picked up four boards and three assists ... Lindsay Smith had 14 points, including four treys, while Jaymi Wilson chipped in 12 points and a team-high nine boards while picking up five assists and three steals ... Davidson was led by Ashley Hallstead with 12 points while Bethany Schott led the rebounding effort with 10 boards to go with her nine points and five steals ... SoCon action heats up this weekend as ETSU visits Western Carolina, Georgia Southern travels to UNC Greensboro, Appalachian State heads to College of Charleston, Davidson hosts Wofford, and Furman welcomes Chattanooga to Timmons Arena.
