UNC Greensboro To Face Wake Forest in NCAA Women's Soccer Championships

UNC Greensboro, the recipient of the SoCon's Women's Soccer automatic bid in 2003, will travel to face Wake Forest on Friday evening in the first round of the 2003 NCAA Women's Soccer Championships. The Spartans will take on the Deacs at 7:30 p.m.

This will be the second meeting of the year between these two schools. Wake defeated UNCG, 3-1 on September 19 in Greensboro.

In the first match of the evening #1 ranked North Carolina will take on Big South Champion High Point at 5 p.m. The winners of the two matches to be played on Friday will play in a second-round NCAA Tournament match on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Fetzer Field.

Tickets are priced at $7 for adults, $3 for students and $1 for children on both Friday and Sunday. Plenty of tickets will be available at the Fetzer Field gates on both days. Please purchase tickets at the ticket trailer located on Carmichael Drive as you enter Fetzer Field from South Road.
